Write a lengthy detailed complaint for Askgamblers.com regarding 7bitcasino.com delaying my cash out of $4000 USD playing in BTC, which I made at 12:21 UTC. Have contacted support multiple times over live chat. Have never had to wait this long for a cashout. I have spoken with Katie, Dora and now Tom, all of whom gave me the same answers and I'm sick of being given the runaround. Your competitors pay in less than 10 minutes and allow for much larger sums to be withdrawn at once.
I requested a cash out of $4000 USD playing in BTC at 12:21 UTC on June 19th and have yet to receive my funds. I have contacted support multiple times over live chat and have been given the runaround. I have spoken with Katie, Dora and now Tom, all of whom gave me the same answers and I'm sick of being given the runaround.
I spoke with Katie about 4 hours after making the request, who informed me that all cashouts are processed in the order they are received. I asked her why it was taking so long, she kept repeating the same thing about cashouts sometimes taking longer to process depending on the queue.
Then I spoke with Dora around 9pm UTC via live chat, she was barely responsive to any of my complaints, inquiries etc. Then I spoke with Soppho about 2 hours after this, and she was the most empathetic telling me she was sorry but still providing no adequate explanation
Just now I spoke with Tom, who again gave me the same answer about cashouts being processed in the order they are received. I asked him how long it would take and he could not give me a clear answer, only saying "I cannot give definitive time frames."
For one, their website states most cashouts are instant while very rarely do they take longer than 2 hours max. This is absolutely unacceptable and I want answers. I want to know why my cashout is taking so long and when I can expect to receive my funds.
This is ridiculous and I am extremely disappointed with 7bitcasino.com's customer service and handling of my cash out request.
