I won and withdrew $100, they said the withdraw was accepted but I still haven't got my funds. They asked for more verification I sent:

  • My ID
  • Lease with current address as well as old lease with address that was registered on site, that wasn't questioned.
  • Bank statement showing no deposit was made
  • Screen Shots of their acceptance through email as well as on the site.

We would like to explain the situation that has occurred.


After careful consideration of this case, it turned out that the transaction was unsuccessful on the payment provider's side. The funds were reversed on the player's balance as soon as we received a response from the payment provider. We have already contacted Mrs. < removed > and asked her to create a new withdrawal request.


Moreover, we have contacted AskGamblers team on the email with the proof.


We hope for the player's understanding in this ambiguous situation, which did not depend on us.
