So I had won 6.7BTC on 7bitcasino. I go to through the cash out process get my documents in order and approved even though through this whole process they gave me a few headaches I was certain they would give me my winnings. Finally 5 requests later after getting everything approved sending my ID and even being asked to take selfies with my ID even though I deposited Via Btc they deny my withdrawal request saying its over the allowed monthly limit. Now I've never submitted a withdrawal request here before even though I've deposited heavily in the last 4months but I did read the terms and conditions throughly and nowhere did it state there would be a withdrawal limit on my winnings. I contacted customer support and told them this to which they told me too bad and the most I can withdrawal a week is .5 BTC.
Had I known This I would have never deposited there in the first place were talking close to 20,000USD deposited. I asked them to show me where it says this on the website anywhere and they admitted it does not say anything about a weekly limit on withdrawls but pointed out the EUR withdrawl limit and the fact that special exceptions are made for VIP players. I happen to be a lvl 7 out of 10 VIP player so I then proceeded to ask for a exception because it will take me upwards of 16weeks to cash out my winnings. I was told no after waiting 8-14minutes for every response. I took screen shots of everything and can back up every claim I've made. As it is now almost 24hrs later I have still not even received my cash out request of .5btc and have contacted them two more times. They are intentionally stalling me out. They've turned my exciting win into a typical horror story involving online casinos. I would like them to process my complete cash out for whatever winnings remain in my balance since there terms and conditions did not state anything about there Btc withdrawl limit had it I would. Have chosen a more suitible casino catering to my withdrawal preferences.
They are stalling me because they know the odds of high I can spend the btc in my acct and have even caught myself doing so but am determined to not let that happen it is wrong for them to not honor there terms and conditions we must follow and predatory to take advantage of people's gambling addiction!

Note, that each player should read the rules before registering a casino account. The same rule applies to cumulative withdrawals in excess of € 2,300 or the BTC equivalent, and in some cases to lower payouts. Such checks may, for example, include copies of the player's passport, national ID, copies of the player's utility bills, selfies with document or ID and / or copies of the debit / credit cards used to make a deposit. (https://7bitcasino.com/en/terms-and-conditions, p.4.3.5). Since the withdrawal amount exceeded the specified in the rules, an additional check was requested from the player. This is a standard procedure for secure withdrawals.
2) Regarding withdrawal limits, according to the rules, the maximum withdrawal amount processed by a player is 5,000 euros or the equivalent in another currency per week and 15,000 euros or the equivalent in another currency per month. The player was informed about this, and the withdrawal of 0.5 BTC was successfully processed according to the weekly limit.
Based on the foregoing, we are forced to inform that we have acted strictly in accordance with the rules with which the player agreed earlier by registering at our casino.

Your first point you state all players should read and understand the terms and conditions before accepting to create a account. Well its funny you mention that because i did read them. I read them very well. The additional verification checks you mention, i wasn't aware they applied to BTC. but its neither here nor there. For fun here are my two reasons why i did not recall that part of the terms and conditions.
1. I never withdrawn anything from you guys, ever. A quick look at my depositing address shows 160 deposits via btc for a total of 1.7BTC since april 12th. thats almost tipping 20,000 USD. My point in stating this? I see this was obviously a deciding factor when choosing how to treat a supposed "VIP" customer whos made many deposits in the last 4 months.
2. Because i used BTC. My overall general assumption and experiences at other online "btc style" casino was different then how you state it actually is at yours. The whole premise of BTC deposits in my opinion is the speed at which withdraw requests are processed. but maybe this is my fault and i didnt recall or differentiate your online establishment from other exact style sites processing cashout requests quickly.
Of course after my withdrawl request was discarded three times i was sent a email saying i needed to send verification documents. I found it odd but i supplied all the required documents and then some very promptly. after they rejected my clear picture taken of my credentials and sending me a email stating i needed to give them my passport which ive never had one, i took another picture of my federally accepted mexican INE and sent that once more and it was finally approved. so once again i submit another cashout request for the whole amount each time. (the reason i state this is of the most importance to me ultimately). So i wait and wait and finally another email saying denied because its over the monthly limit. I immediately contact support and express my anger and frustration and ask what are these "limits" ive neither read or seen nothing about. after many minutes 12-15 minutes the customer service woman tells me there is a BTC withdrawl limit of 0.5 BTC weekly. Naturally i was shocked as this was not stated in the terms and conditions you state i needed to read and accept before creating a account which i assure you i read the cash out section very carefully. i expressed this to customer care in the nicest way possible at the time stating what i thought was going on which was stalling tactics and predatory practices. a quick look at my deposit history shows ive never cashed anything out and i assure you ive won some decent sized amounts before.
I was basically told im sorry for the inconvenience. you are right our terms and conditions did not state anything about the BTC withdraw limit just our weekly 5000 EUR withdraw limit. and exceptions can be made to players with a higher VIP level if any at the casinos sole discretion. clearly for me they were unable to make a exception even though i did not deposit in euros request a cashout in euros or read anywhere in the terms and conditions about a BTC withdraw limit.
this is not my first online casino cashout nightmare. i recognize all the tactics and i called you guys on them given you already could tell i would have a extremely hard time not touching the BTC in my account.
so i request the .5BTC after much frustration and being told no exception would be made for me or even discussed for that matter. after i submit the .5 request this is now 4-5hours or more later from the initial cashout request of all of the BTC in my account. i then receive a email stating now they need the selfie after my documents were approved i argued and was shut down. At this point any question to what was happening to me was no longer. but i provided the selfie promptly and it was approved promptly. although my cashout request? not for well over 24 hours later and many inquiries as to the status of it.
i can go on and on about my treatment here at this casino. they turned my biggest win into my biggest nightmare because they seen me coming from a mile away. i have received my .5 BTC but i have spent all the rest back. i am devastated by my behavior and carefully read each sites terms and conditions before i deposit 20,000 us dollars of my hard earned money at any establishment and use the BTC method because it caters to my unique need to rapid cashouts with minimal problems because i know my gambling addiction and clearly they were aware as well.
i dont know if these tactics are illegal but if not illegal they are at a minimum predatory on ones obvious gambling addiction. it makes me very sad that i gambled all the btc back to them but i am sure i have no recourse at this point in time as i am a grown man and i let my addiction get the best of me while they preyed on it every step of the way. do i have any legal recourse? i hope so, but i am doubting it at this point. so if nothing can be done in my favor hopefully people can read this long post and see this is not the company or site they appear to be and even if you deposit mass amounts of money and happen to win and cashout, you are a long way from calling it a win.
