My withdrawal request has been pending for 8 Days, requested the matter be looked into and it has been forwarded to the financial team. I requested the Withdrawal on the 13th 10 days ago minus weekend it's now 8 Days and when I asked the online chat what is happening I was told 3-5 Days and then later told 5-7 days. I'm concerned that they feel this is fine to do when people pay good money to play their games and then tell me it's been processed and my bank is dealing with the transaction however I contacted my bank and they have had no money pending in their system.

Today with no communication from the Financial department, I logged in to find the eigh thousand returned to my 7bit casino account. When I questioned this I was told that it was a "Technical Error".
Despite being re-assured by numerous staff that the process was fine and there were no issues before this day.
I asked numerous times for the report from the financial department of the proof of deposit and error as no email was sent to notify me of this. I was told they could not give me this information.

When I tried to withdraw the eight thousand "again" being told I could and it would be fine. The amount was declined because of recent deposits I needed to bet more. First I was told $312 Before I could withdraw and then I was told 20-30 minutes later that it was $266.20 though there was no activity on my account.
I then asked that this be waived due to the error being on their end and not mine however was told that they couldn't do this as it's a requirement of their financial department. The Online Manager called Mia then jested saying "Who knows maybe you'll win even more money"

I have screen shots of the whole ordeal and can retrace the history even further to all the staff who re-assured me the process was going smoothly and to just wait. From 3-5 days then to 5-7 days and finally told 10 days Maximum

After much dissapointment I bet a further $310 Dollars just to be able to withdraw the amounts that had been pending for 10 Days. I have asked that a remmitance be sent to my email for proof of deposit but after still no email from the first issue before the funds were returned I doubt I'll receive anything now.

During the process of withdrawal and when I, myself questioned on any issues during the 9 days leading up to when the eight thousand was returned, there was no mention of a global banking error, nor proof given or even a warning that global banking issues were current.
