Daily cashback not honored

For over 8 days I have been begging 7 but casino to reward me the bonus free chips that are owed to me. Over the past 6 months I’ve been playing 7 bit, they advertise a daily cashback reward for ppl that deposit over $100. I have done this countless times since I’ve been a member. I have received VERY few cashback daily rewards. So I finally addressed customer service about this. They offered me a bonus chip and told me that my MANY missing free daily bonuses would be rewarded after the “investigation “ was completed. It’s been 8 days it doesn't take 8 days to calculate how much I’m owed and credit it to my account. I told the casino that 10mbtc would be acceptable. I’ve deposited like $40k and I know I’ve played through SOOOOO much and the bonus goes on losses not deposits, it’s only activated once u deposit over $100 that particular day though.

I think the casino is being lazy and dragging this thing out as long as possible in hopes I just drop it. I will not. 7bits customer service has been on a downhill spiral for some time now and this is just the latest failure. Fix it and issue me my missing credits. This issue has been a problem since I joined and it’s about time they fix it and give me why I am owed.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that 7BitCasino did provide the Player with 10mBTC along with other bonuses on the site. Eventhough the technical issue with crediting the cashback still exists, we consider this case resolved and closed since the disputed amount has been credited to the Player. In addition, we strongly believe that the 7BitCasino should find a better solution for crediting the bonuses that are owed to the players until they fix technical problems (hopefully as soon as possible) to avoid similar situations.

Also we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, so we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

We are deeply sorry that you faced such a situation at our site.

However, please let us kindly note that you were already provided with bonuses by our VIP manager and the total sum of them is equal to the amount of reimbursement stated in the present complaint. Moreover, you've been receiving other bonuses.
Also, taking into account that the min deposit sum per day to get the Daily cashback is equal to 100 EUR, and checking your daily deposits sum for some period we can say that the bonus conditions were not met on some of the days and the Daily cashback bonus could not have been added to your account.

But we appreciate your loyalty and our team continues to provide you with bonuses.

Regarding the issue with automatically crediting the Daily cashback, unfortunately, it still persists. But our team is doing everything possible to resolve the problem as soon as they can. We sincerely hope for your understanding.
