I hope you can help with my problems regarding the 20bet Casino.
On Saturday I deposited 50 Euro after registration with address and everything. I won 349,49 Euro and wanted to withdraw them knowing that this is a lot of money for me. I sended all needed details such as passport etc.
Now the problems are starting.
First my account was suspended and today I got the mail that all my winnings are subtracted because of having a duplicate account. I had a lot of accounts at different betting providers so I can´t even say this is right or wrong. Evenmore I didn´t gain any advantage because of not using any form of bonus etc.
Furthermore I have the opinion it is the duty of the provider to tell me at registration because if I lost money he wouldn't come with this reason. I told all this reasons to the support but they couldn't care less. Maybe you have the option to talk to 20bet and get my money back.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details, and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that 20bet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Submitter has registered a new account while the original account was closed due to gambling problems. The deposit was refunded and now both accounts are suspended.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
that is an absolute lie from 20Bet Casino.
I NEVER provided any incorrect personal information when I opened my account and also NEVER contacted the support
to change the name. That wouldn´t even make any sense.
They took my winnings 349,49 Euro away.
What I want from 20bet is the winning back and withdrawn to my bank account.
After that they can do whatever they want.
Very disappointing all.
