When my wife and I started playing we had fun and would have a decent win occasionally. That didn't last long and now we rarely win anything. But it's our fault for continuing to deposit.The bonus matchups are nice but unfortunately, then you have less of a chance of withdrawing a win because it will take forever to meet the wagering limit. By that time you likely will have lost your winnings.

Customer reps used to be able to add bonuses but now there is a "bonus wheel" that you can spin every few hours. We have spun the wheel hundreds of times now and only a handful of times landed on anything other than "no win" or "fast-forward". The couple of times we landed on "free spins" the most won was $3.00!! My wife also landed on the gift and I believe it added $9 to account. 99 percent of the time it's nothing. It's apparently based on how much you play. We've spent thousands on the site so either it's not working properly or that's just how little you win. It's extremely disappointing.

Simple design. Live casino is OK. Dealers are friendly but their English is often unclear. The chance of winning is good for the live casino and black jack.

I looks like scam to me. When deposition money they trick you with accepting bonuses. The wager is impossible to complete. Documentation verification is unclear and confusing. Overall it looks unprofessional and misguiding.

The site seems like a complete scam. Contacted the chat just to know very simple information about the withdrawal methods which will be available for me in the future.
Live Chat in completely unprofessional and couldn't answer my question. They kept repeating that they need my personal data, but how would I give it if I don't have the account yet?
They started to join some people to the chat and kept repeating one stupid sentence "We cannot provide you with this info without your personal details". No way I'm giving my personal data to people who can't answer such easy questions as this one!

The one thing I really admire about Jackpot city casino is the fact that they have been around for a long while now, and still hanging in there with the online gaming industry changing all around them. There's a level of respect if not nothing else that should go to a casino that's be around that long, they're doing something right. But these days I'm not sure what that something is anymore.

I dislike the same match bonus offers emailed to me every single day, no matter how many times I unsubscribe from receiving them, they just keep on coming, day after day.
Then there is one incident that turned me off them completely.
One day, same old email, but it was addressed to LuckyWaroftheGods, my user name has always been WaroftheGods at Jackpot city, and never anywhere ever has it been LuckyWaroftheGods. Live Chat kind of played dumb when I asked, so I didn't even finish that conversation and logged out. These guys are getting shady at best, my advice to readers and players, find a different casino and leave this one alone.

Love the games. Bust the Bank and Jungle Jim El Derado are the games I frequent on. Withdrawals for me have never been an issue, I always get my winnings within the 3 days stated, Only once they held it as they needed some updated documents but they received the documents and my winnings were deposited into my bank account in about 2 days. It's great that the chat is available 24/7 and they are friendly and informative. Wagering is reasonable and straight forward and I can complete it easily.

I dislike the lack of games on this site. I would like to see some games by Pragmatic Play or any other companies because Microgaming gets to be a little bit to repetitive. My loyalty status is Gold but I never really feel like I get rewarded as a loyal player, other sites offer Free Spins or Cash Back, also there used to be decent match up bonuses and that helps if you don't have a lot to deposit but now there are zero match ups or bonuses. I used to ask the chat if I had any cash back bonus they could reward me when I made larger deposits and they used to be amazing at that, now they don't really offer anything anymore (Not a huge issue but it was nice to see). I do not like the withdrawal process, I have yet gotten a withdrawal within 3 days , the least amount of time was 80 hrs and that was paid to ecopayz, and by echeck it takes 3-5 day, the worst part is that once you submit the withdrawal request they do not take the money out for about on avg 3 days, and in that time they keep informing you that its still available to reverse even if you make a deposit from your cc or whatever u use a message will come up reminding you u can reverse your withdrawal and if you do even though they say it wont affect your withdrawal time it does, every time I have done that its added another 24 hrs on to the original time frame for example, I requested a withdrawal on a Thursday it still wasn't done by Monday and in meantime I had reversed some and added more to the original withdrawal by the following Wednesday I still had not received anything by Thursday I had spent all my 4000 winnings and when I complained about their time frames they just give me the same old its min 24 to 48 hrs but can take more story.

Also do not like their software glitches that somehow manage to reverse all your withdrawal winnings and then change a 2.40 bet to max which is 800.00 and refuse to refund it saying you had obviously did that yourself as well as the glitches that cause the spinning to continue on for about 2 mins when your on a winning streak and then shuts down their website and also your whole network by changing your dns address and it takes you a couple of days to fix the network.

I also don't like the fact they promote responsible gaming when they do everything to get you to spend any money u have on withdrawal and they don't help u in anyway to be are sponsible gamer. They don't have any options available to help you control your gambling, there is no limits available to put on your account, and whenever I went to support and asked them to suspend my account for 24 hrs or till the money in withdrawal was no longer available I would have to request it and explain why I wanted the account suspended.

I have always had great service from this casino. They provide immediate online support if required and have never held up a withdrawal. Games are good and load quickly.

Great games, I am a huge fan of Bar Bar Black Sheep, I used to usually do fairly good here, on my first withdrawal there were no issues whatsoever, it was in my account in the exact time stated.

I have since stopped playing at this casino since they refused a deposit saying it was my bank and to contact them, I contacted the bank prior to customer service and the funds were all there to deposit. They then decided to suspend my account after I mentioned that I spend a lot of money in that casino and asked for possibly some free spins just so I can spin a bit as this was late at night no banks were open for me to do anything else about it. Now none of the affiliate casinos take payment from me, they are all declined. The free tournaments have diminished to very few now which is disappointing, not everybody can afford to play in all the tournaments it was nice to have something to look forward to. I now play only in the Casino Rewards casino's and 21 Dukes and affiliates.
