If somebody wants to know i deposit 1000-4000 euros a month so i consider myself as a highroller.
I give you little comparison now:
If you are high roller and looking for some good free spins and bonuses... well this isn't your casino. The bonuses are quite poor. I play quite a lot and don't really get much. Usually just 15-25 freespins with minimum bet and rearly with 1 euro bet. The level up system is fun but does not give you much benefit even if you are black belt. (maybe casumo can reply and tell me is it possible to get better freespins etc. or how the level rewardin system works?) As a high roller I don't see the real value here. 2 years ago I played in other online casino and got really treated well. I remember once I was on big loosing streak and they gave me 500 euros in bonus with only 1x waggering requirement!!! How can you really beat that? And also got many times 100 euros with 5-10x waggering requirement and some times you got 100-200 free spins with 1-2euro bet.
But here is the reason I play mostly at casumo. The customer support. It is the best amongt all the gambling sites I have played. I chose customer support over bonuses because I think it is more important. So if you person who thinks that when you ask something from chat or you have problem and like issue to be solved quicky this is the place!
