Withdraws. Have been waiting for more than 3 days for payout. Not even in the 1990's three days could be consider as a fast transaction. The only thing I dislike is not being able to to deposit more money after making a withdrawal. Other casinos remove withdrawals into a pending processing until they are processed, that way you can continue to deposit and play. It is so annoying when you withdraw money but you need to wait up to 24 hours before you can deposit and play again. If you fix this problem I would rate Mr bet as one of the best.

As mentioned by someone else - when we are making deposits there were no questions asked however when we make large cash withdrawals we have an issue and this whole process appears. If it is there to protect the customer and ensuring that the customer is the one withdrawing then fair enough but this needs to be communicated and why not make it clear at the start.

The number of details required in the photo is actually a bit over board. First 6 digits last 4? plus expiry? That means it leaves 4 digits for people to play with and they would have cracked the code
