Easy to navigate through site
Good choice of games, although nothing I haven't seen at any other sites
I just deactivated my account from this site, been a member for the past 7 months and deposited almost $10000, they give out either very little or no bonuses at all and they have a vip level which means absolutely nothing. I was treated no better after depositing $10000 then when I first joined, there is no loyalty with leovegas.
If you like bonuses and cashback or even good customer service, look elsewhere, leovegas has none of it.

This used to be 1 of my favourite sites until this year. I loved the support and the variety off games here. It was also good that they added a sports betting section
I've had misleading promotions including 1 with a picture of twin and saying if I deposit and wager £30 I'll get 100 spins on twin spin then after doing so they wasn't added. Support told me it was a mistake and was meant to be starburst. I hate starburst and would never of participated in the promotion if it was this. Don't really understand where all the negative complaints come from. LeoVegas is by far one of the best casinos out there. Good games from many different providers, bonuses in your mail when you're least expecting it and overall nice support and an easy to navigate site.
Sometimes when you're depositing it says it didn't go through, and then you try to deposit again and then all of a sudden you have deposited twice even though it says the first deposit didn't go through. Not a big problem but a bit annoying for sure. Would like an option to search for a specific provider.

I opened a account with Leo Vegas, I made a bet which lost with no issues I then placed a bet which won. I then attempted to log in however was unable to do so. I contacted the customer services who advised it had been subject to 'checks'. Two days later and I am still getting the same answer. The firm received a fine of 680k from the gambling commission however they are still acting immortally. From the reviews you can see this is a common theme. I would advise everyone to report the company again to the gambling commission and the Malta gaming authority. If you go on the gambling commission site it will give you details of how to do this.
Update:
Just to keep you updated they now won't speak to me over live chat and don't respond to emails. My account is still locked for "checks" and they are basically defrauding customers now. From the reviews they will only accept deposits and won't pay out.
