I have been a member at bitstarz for years now, and I have witnessed many changes, but they continue to offer a wide selection of games, and excellent withdraw times; two of perhaps the most important aspects of a casino.
I would recommend this casino to many people, although a thing that I didn't like too much is that they are unable to send you complete bet histories if the bet history is too long going past a few months. As well, over the years the volume of players increased dramatically, and the live chat people can get a little impatient and testy, and can be offended very easily if you question any irregularities or request bet history. Aside from that, their free spins regularly given have changed dramatically to significantly lower betting. I wish they would bring back the old free spins they used to give out every wednesday for betsoft games as opposed to the booming games. I still think this casino is great, but ever since I questioned some irregularities years ago, they have began to be less personal and much shorter with me, which I understand is likely due to the increased volume of players they have to deal with on a daily basis. My only gripe with Bitstarz is the max cashout on second chance spins and the Friday loyalty bonus for bitcoin players. For players playing in Euros, USD,A UD this max cashout is set to 100EUR/USD/AUD but for bitcoin players this amount is set to 5 mbtc (28 euros roughly). My second chance free spins had a wagering requirement of 200mbtc so already I am having to wager 200mbtc for a max cashout of only 5mbtc. I had my biggest slotting win after getting a 1000x on Madame Destiny when trying to clear the wager, I screenshotted the win and was super excited about it. But then after I withdrew I got a message saying that I was only able to withdraw 15% of my balance and forfeit the rest. I understand these restrictions probably need to be in place but 100 EUR and 5mbtc are a big difference in amount. When I asked the live chat why this was the case, they said that bitcoin was volatile so they didn't want to constantly change the amount.( I did some research and found out that they did in fact change it from 25mbtc to 5mbtc.) I responded by suggesting that they just set the max withdrawal via another currency ie. 100 euros and pay the equivalent amount in BTC. This would nullify any volatility in bitcoin.They agreed my point was valid but just ended the conversation there.
Ramble, rant over, of course I'm super gutted as my best ever slot win was sort of wiped away but don't let this take away from Bitstarz. They are a great group.
