We as VIP's completely agree with all the comments below, this casino has taken a turn downside, they have removed all promotions and asked me to deposit more for greater rewards, despite the poor game play which I disagree that the slots are controlled by the game providers, the services have become a joke. So I must say that although I have been very pleased with Bitcasino up until the beginning of this year, things have taken a turn for the worse lately at this casino...I am a VIP here (as well as at vegascasino), and tbh they've pretty much removed any incentive to even be a VIP. Don't expect to receive any promos for being a VIP - Yes, they still offer where you can "choose your own prize" but good luck actually obtaining 100% to receive your prize.
