Wazamba Casino - Tournament winnings 1,500 EUR not credited and account blocked without reasons
Hello Askgamblers, hello Wazamba Casino,
after playing in your casino for about one year, I got a message yesterday, that my account is now blocked because of managements decision without any reasons. The day before I won 1,500 Euros in total in two tournaments, which has cost lots of money to get those positions at the leaderboards and win those prices. See pictures. If the casino closes my account, it’s ok, but not one day after the tournament ended to save the winnings instead of paying them out.
I hope, you can help me with that issue.
