Tipbet Casino - Stalling on a €100 withdrawal

So it all begin with me winning 206€ on a bonus bet of 15€ that was sent ro me via email. I made a withdrawal request immediatly. And i waited and contacted the support after a day. Then i got nortified that the maximum amount to withdraw was 100€ which was fine by me ofcourse. I did that. And according to their FAQ they process all payments within 24hours and im fully verified so i thought it was strange after 36 hours pass. I reached out to the support who first said my money was on its way. And i said its not ans took a print screen showing pending status. Ok so she forwarded my request she said. A good few hours later still nothing. I contacted them again and after a while they said it was being processed as we speak. Great i thought! But then norhing happened...contacted the support again and was told they were sent but Nope still pending sent the screenshot. Now they told me to wait until today. And now after 48 hours another supporter tells me that it could take up to seven days!? And i should just wait. For me this is stalling tachtics for getting me to cancel and play more. I really hope this Will be settled im not mad i just don’t like being lied to.

Resolved right now! Just a tip so more customers being confused. Don’t write withdrawal times within 24h when it says 1-3 days in your T&c’s. Other than that all is good :)

Tipbet Casino - Delayed payment & Account verification
I won 1481.25 Euro on Tipbet in like october-november some time. Had a long process of verifiying my account, sending them ID, proof of address, photos front and back of my card. Next up they wanted me to make a selfie holding my ID, so I did that. So far so good, this is when the problem starts.

A while later I recieve an email from some email called [email protected] asking me for a phone verification. Whos [email protected]?

After a few weeks I go on tipbet.com to check whats taking so long with my withdraw. They say they want me to tell them a time for a phone verification with them, so we set up a date the following weekday (this was during the holidays).

Ten minutes before our phonecall I log in the chat to make sure that theyre gonna call me as agreed upon. They respond that they cant call me right now and that we must set up a new date because of that. I figured it might be because I decided the time and even tho they agreed upon it, I wont decide the time next time so they wont have any excuse to cancel it.

So they give me another date for this phone verification. This time Im just waiting by the phone but no phonecall from them that day.

So I log in again and they apologize and say we need to set up a new date. This is starting to get very frustrating now because I have alot of study and meetings in school I need to attend right now and they (Tipbet) want me to be available for 2 hours to answear my phone to have a phone verification. Anyways, we set up a new time (they decide the time again). They give me a 2 hour window and during time that theyre gonna call me.

As previous times, they dont call me at all. Now Im really angry and log in and tell them to just send me my withdraw because its obvious theyre not planning on calling me anyways. They apologize and say they want to set up a new date and this time THEY PROMISE TO CALL. I explain them my situation that Im having the busiest time of my life in school and its really hard for me to be available on the phone all the time because of meetings etc but okay, Ill give one last try. They decide the time again. 2 hour window as usual.

They dont call.

These last 3 calls (that never happened) was during the last 2 weeks. So now Im done with this. Im posting this here and if that doesnt work Ill ask MGA for help aswell. I just want my withdraw to be sent, been asking for it for months but nothing happens. Tipbet is not a serious site, they keep sending a bunch of offers with bonuses etc. But once you win you dont recieve your withdraw...

Tipbet Casino - Keep on rejecting already verified documents, stalling withdrawal
Hello there.I asked a withdrawal at Tipbet.gr,last tuesday..Next day(wednesday) the casino asked for my verification documents,and i send them as they asked,my id and proof of adress.The same day my account was verified.Next morning(thursday),they cancelled my withdrawal and they asked once more my id,although it was already verified one day ago.I sent my id photo once more and my account was verified once more.Next morning(friday),the casino cancelled again my withdrawal,and they asked a credit card photo for the verification process.I sent them the credit card photo and my account was again verified.Since friday evening my withdrawal is still pending,although at the official tipbet site it withdrawals via bank wire take -24 hours to be processed.Furthermore,casino live chat support is supposed to be 24 hours,but since tuesday,i could reach live chat one or two times.I have sent many emails but they only answered once.It is quite obvious that tipbetcasino searches every possible way in order to delay the withdrawal.I really dont understand how an account could be verified on wednesday and not verified on thursday,asking the same id that was verified one day ago?And why the casino didnt ask the whole verification documents the first day i made a withdrawal request? There is no 24 hours help,no email answers,no-24 hours bankwire payment after the verification,and i have faced a trully amateur behaviour.It would be honest if the casino replied to me and say that "we do everything we can so weekend comes and we want more delay.."i would appreciate that.To verify and then reject what they have already verified,has no logic at all.
