Last weekend I received a free bet which met the wagering requirements that Tipbet requested.
After playing some games I had a balance of 62.5 euro which I thought was prudent to request via Neteller as I normally did.
After a few hours I received an email telling me that my withdrawal was canceled because they wanted to pay me via bank and that I would send a series of screenshots and data for this.
I communicated with them via email and chat to explain that my bank did not receive payments in the casino and although it I received, they charged many commissions which I would not be receiving anything and on the contrary I would pay more taxes.
For this reason I requested my money for Ewallet to facilitate things. They refused to pay me claiming that they have problems paying for Ewallet which is not logical. I have been sending emails to solve this and they do not respond I hope they can help me pay me since it is fair and it is assumed that in their terms the player can request: Make your payment by the same method that you have requested.
They are not respecting this rule and they do not want to pay me I request. Help. Thanks!
