Royal Panda Casino - Delaying £35,000 payout by prolonging account verification
I am currently waiting since 26th September for my payout. I have provided various different forms of ID and proofs but there is no urgency in the process and always a generic response. Previously I haven't had an issue with Royal Panda but they are taking their time and it feels like they are trying to delay a payout.
I even deposited again a few days ago and they let me deposit just fine. I understand there is a verification process but it is frustrating for customers when customer service could be improved a lot. This long winded process will deter customers from using Royal Panda again.
I would like Royal Panda to aim to resolve this issue as soon as possible and complete my withdrawal.
1. I requested the withdrawal on 26th September.
2. I provided proof of ID and address on 28th September.
3. I also provided photos of my bank cards used to deposit with some digits hidden as requested.
4. Royal Panda suggest they cannot accept my passport as ID (even though it was a clear scanned copy) and they require require my driving license too
5. So I send a photo of my driving license on 28th Sept
6. I chased for an update on 1st Oct via a new ticket but no response for 24 hours and then an identical response to previous ticket and this ticket closed.
7. I was asked for bank statements for the 2 cards so I sent these over on 2nd Oct
8. I was asked for another bank statement for a linked account, I provided this on 3rd Oct
9. I was asked for a copy of payslip, which I provided on 6th Oct
10. I was asked for another bank statement which shows the salary going into the account, which I provided today (8th Oct)
I now await a further email tomorrow which potentially requires more proofs.
I would be highly grateful if you could resolve this ASAP. Proofs can be provided if necessary.
