My withdraw of about 61,000kr has been approved since 07.07
Have tried to contact them by chat.
They said that the money was already sent to my bank account since 07.07.
Right now it has been 7 working days now and still has not received any money in my bank account. I have sent a bank statement to them too, and still not get any response back from them.
I ask them to send a receipt of my withdraw, they said they will send it to my email, but I don't get any response.
They promised me several times that I will have money in my bank account within 5 working days.
I hope they will fix it soon and I has already sent email to support@royalpanda.com
But still, don't get any response.

Now i got money back to my Royal Panda accouth and i wil try to do a new withdraw.

They confirm me that i wil get money into my bank accouth latest within 5 working day.
Today i has been waiting more than 12 working day and almost 2 week after my withdraw has been approved.
I still dont receive any cent into my bank accouth.
I has send my bank statement to show that i still dont get money. Still dont get any answer for what is going on.
Send email to them, no answer.
Chat support dont help me anything. They said that they wil give me answer as soon, but they never do.
Royal Panda chat support has confirm me that money was already send to my bank accouth since 07.07.
I has try to call my bank and asking them. They said "we have not received any money or stopped the payment.
I asking Royal Panda chat support to send a receipt of my withdraw and they never do. It seems like they dont want to payout or its just a scam?
I just want to know what is going!
