I would like to say that this casino is a scam casino. I have now spent time comparing the most popular slots and concluded that something is really suspicious here. Scamming techniques, there is nothing to like about Royal Panda, what’s the point of liking anything if you can’t withdraw your own money? You just deposit to lose your money nothing else, Verification is not done at the start to harass you at the time of withdrawal, no email id and nothing to contact them, live support agents are also useless, they will let you download plenty of documents but can’t help when it is required.

This is completely a scam casino, I tried to withdraw my 2000 cad and they asked for a lot of document. Event after providing all documents they asked for proof of ownership of bank card from bank and they declined a document provided by my bank with bank stamp and current date. And also they revoked my access, be aware of royalpanda.com.

Not a bad casino, I spend a few hours here every night, charged with positive emotions. For registration gave a generous welcom pak with a lot of useful bonuses. I like it, while I plan to play here. A casino that stalls on withdraws shouldn't be in business. In Ontario so I have to send in ID and get verified before a deposit which I did then month later I withdrew 1000 with no issue now I won 3500 and they need my id again. 3. Support is nice but was best six months back, can get back to being best.

Games were ok

Been waiting for my money for a month now they keep on saying we’re working on it and I’m on priority. I give them everything they need first they ask me for my bank statement, then they said “We have good news – Refund of your current balance has been issued to your bank.“ then “We'd like to inform you that your funds should reach your account within 1-5 working days.” So I waited but no money. Then they ask me for my updated day to day bank transactions they’re thinking that im lying I think. So I gave them then they said “With regard to the missing payment that you contacted us about, we have an important update on your case.
Due to the nature of the issue in question, we have now escalated the matter to the relevant department for further investigation.
We estimate that this stage of the process will take 1 to 3 days to complete.” They keep on saying give us other 3 days. It’s been more than a month now and nothing happen.

I liked Royal Panda a lot specifically their feature slots. They were up there with the best but no more.

Their verification is a disgrace and the handling of said ‘second’ verification has been unbelievable. I’ll paint the picture. I’ve been a member with RP for many months now, and been very fortunate in those months. As soon as I won big, the verification part 1 saga started, fair enough had to be done. I’m now waiting on winnings of over £500 from last week because they’ve decided they want to verify me again, now asking for wage slips, P60 form, bank statements. You name it. While all the while still asking if I wish to deposit. Claiming the need for verification is ‘affordability’ while still asking you to deposit. If you are using the 100% welcome bonus, let`s say 25+25 euro this might happen:
