Not responding to requests
Joined this casino a couple weeks ago. Have deposited $150 total in 2 transactions. Won on Dec. 17th. $332.31. Put in for withdrawal. Heard nothing. Contacted support asking how to upload documents for verification when there’s just a message on the site under verification saying “At the moment, verification not required. Support said I’d be contacted by finance dept. Nothing for 3 days. Then withdrawal reversed. I put in for a withdrawal again. Contact support again. Same thing. I’ll have to wait for finance dept. So I email support (support@quickwin.com) and ask how to upload documents. They write back in German??? Still cannot upload verification documents, and I know I won’t be getting my payout without the verification.
