Pokerstars selected my account for a security check 48 hours ago (said it would only take a couple of minutes) and there has been no further communication. Please see below:

They did this after my last deposit of £150 and now with this restriction, I cannot withdraw my money back. They are ignoring my attempts and contact and have provided nothing further.

I think I’ve been Patient enough. 2 weeks for you to reply to 2 emails with no resolution whilst still restricting MY MONEY (not money won, MY MONEY). Either reinstate the account to allow my to withdraw my last deposit or kindly return it immediately. NO MORE DELAYS!
I would like to remind you of the below from the gambling commission which you are in violation of:
Players must be informed that they are allowed to withdraw their deposit balance at any time, including when a bonus is pending or active on the account. Players must be allowed to withdraw without restriction, except as necessary to comply with any General Regulatory Obligations.
