Poker stars froze my account over 2 months ago and despite me sending all info requested they have not responded to over 30 emails. There has been funds in the account for the duration of the freeze and they are withholding them.
I have sent emails to 3 separate email addresses including the standard support, CDD & customer protection.
I request the funds be refunded to my paypal account as soon as possible.
