The withdrawal request was placed several weeks ago, and despite raising support tickets regarding the issue, the amount is still pending and I have not received any proper resolution or update. As requested earlier by the support team, I have also submitted my bank account statements as proof that the withdrawal amount has not been credited. Additionally, I have repeatedly asked the team to let me know if any updated or additional bank statements are required from my side to verify that the funds have not been received. However, I have not received any clear response or resolution.
