They keep asking for same document again and again.
After receiving documents they reply someone from our team will contact you and then i wait for 3-4 days for their reply . they don't reply when I ask them for update on that they again send same copy pasted email that you need to send same documents again.
Astropay screenshot I sent them from app and website both still they have one repeated line (screenshot from the full version of the wallet website, so that there is a full name and deposit) which I already sent
And selfie with document which I must have sent them 50 times.
It's been going on for more than a month.
Please help me.
