Since my parimatch account is already verified still parimatch asked for additional documents and I had provided them all requested documents it's been 8 days till now there is no approval of kyc and my withdrawal is blocked, I am not able to access my own money because parimatch is delaying my kyc deliberately and holding my money not allowing me to withdraw. I am connecting with parimatch support almost everyday but they are only saying to have some patience. I really don't understand when parimatch asked for a documents and I had already provided them then what is stopping them to approve it. This is total scam by parimatch, not allowing their customers to withdraw their own hard earned money. It's been 9th day today and I am helpless l. My request is to unblock my withdrawal section since I had already provided requested documents 4-5 times. This is really disgusting act by parimatch.

At Parimatch, Video KYC is a standard security procedure used to ensure that the registered account holder is the person actually making the betting decisions. This maintains the integrity of our gaming environment and complies with anti-fraud regulations.
While you did attend the video call, the verification was unsuccessful. During the interview, you were unable to provide basic information or answer fundamental questions regarding the specific Tennis matches and betting markets that were active on your account.
