NineCasino is holding back my withdrawals that I had on hold since 27/02/2024. I created an account with Ninecasino on 25/02/2024, I deposited NOK 2500 (Norwegian). then I won a lot at Slots, and decided to withdraw some of the winnings, but then I had to verify my account with a passport photo, selfie and proof of address, and everything has been approved! But my withdrawal has been put on hold/hold, since 27/02/2024, I have tried to chat with them on support 6 times, but keep getting the same answer that they have something they need to go through my account etc. and they ask me to wait for the email that they will send to me, but nothing more has happened, and I don't get the funds that I have on withdrawal! Please help me to solve this problem.
