What I do like about the casino is it will pay you within 24 hours of your withdraw. Also it's a great VIP program with lots to offer. Over all the game play is great, it can use an up date of newer games but over all a a decent casino. I'm currently a gold status member and like the games.

Won some money, and verified three payment methods in attempt to withdraw but they could not approve it to crypto and my bank is revolut. Revolut is shown as mismatch country as it is based in another country. They could not approve my withdrawal and as someone with a gambling problem I decided to close my account to have them send over the money.

They are now refusing to send me my winnings and withholding my funds.

Before the cashout rule changed I was happy to keep playing with the terms of play through your deposit before cashing out. I was happy with the range of games etc.

Absolutely heartbreaking treatment. I had understood you have to play through your deposited money, so you put in £100 you have to gamble £100 before you can cash out and have played with these terms before a few times. Turns out it has now changed to 3x your deposit. So how you are supposed to gamble 3x what you put in is just crazy and you are so unlikely to actually win anything. I hadn't realized this until I was £400 in and then finally breaking even just to be told I still had to gamble £750 before I could withdraw. I see this as criminal and I do not see how this can be legal. The terms have changed since I last played and even the person in the chat started off by saying you have to play through your deposit at least once only to change what they were saying later in the conversation to you have to play through your deposit x 3.

So I am not one to typically write reviews but I feel this casino deserves a great review. The bonuses offered daily are great, free spins, daily wheel, cash back daily.
