I have been trying to withdraw my funds but to no success.
I requested a withdrawal and rightly so, received a notification that I need to verify my account, to which I submitted the following:
Proof of identity (verified)
Proof of address (verified)
Proof of payment (rejected for unknown reason)
I contacted support for 5 days in a row asking for explanation and what was wrong but kept getting the same reply over and over again, "your issue has been raised to the relevant department).
Eventually I submitted an fodficial complaint with them, to which I never got a reply back either.
They just want to hold my money and not pay out the funds.
