Hello, my complaint is about ninecasino, I had a big win on the 3rd of march and have yet to start receiving payment. I have reached out support/ chat several times and was told it would be paid between 24-72 hours and yet they still have not... Their terms and conditions also stated 24-72 hours and yet they still haven't honored that.
