Hello, I would like to make a complaint regarding N1bet casino. This fraudulent casino deleted my account with more than 7000 reals after verification. I made a deposit of R$1000 on the 29th of March. During the month I placed bets and I managed to increase my balance to R$7000. When I wanted to withdraw some money from my account, I sent my documents for verification as I should. Passport, proof of address and selfies with my passport. The next day my withdrawal request was cancelled and I was asked to send a photo with my passport in hand and a sheet where the name of the casino and the date is written. I also did it and sent a photo for verification. All this time I was playing on the site and nothing foreboded trouble.
But 24 hours after sending the selfies, I tried to log in to my account and I couldn't. The account was deleted and there was the following "Your account is disabled."
I am outraged by such brazen and illegal actions of the casino. The remaining money on this casino is gone and there is nothing I can do about it. Support ignores me in chat and when I write to them on email. This is just brazen theft. For me it is a lot of money and they will significantly help in my life situation to feed my family.

Our AF policy (section 9.1) specifies various actions that are considered fraudulent, including but not limited to collusion with other players, using strategies for unfaithful winnings, fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers, chargebacks, providing forged documents, and creating multiple accounts.
