After contacting their support team, they informed me that my account was closed under their Anti-Fraud Policy and vaguely accused me of fraudulent activity. However, they have not provided any specific explanation or evidence to support this claim.
I strongly deny these accusations. I only used one account under my real identity and played normally on the platform. Before the account was closed, I took a screenshot showing my balance of approximately €28,000, and I have saved all email correspondence with the casino.
I am not trying to recover gambling losses. I am simply requesting that the casino release the balance that was in my account before it was closed.
I am happy to provide all evidence, including screenshots, account verification, and payment history.

It is clear to me that N1Bet is trying to avoid paying out the legitimate winnings that are owed to me. I played normally and fairly.
Please also note that my lawyer is continuing with legal action against N1Bet for refusing to honor and pay the winnings that rightfully belong to me.
