I am requesting your assistance regarding a serious issue with N1Bet Casino. My account was closed without any prior notice, explanation, or communication from the casino. At the moment of closure, the account held 3600 TRX, which I can no longer access.
The casino has not provided any reason for blocking my account. Since the closure, they have completely ignored all my attempts to contact them — I have sent multiple emails and tried reaching out through different channels, but I have not received any response whatsoever.
I believe this behavior is highly unprofessional and unfair. I kindly ask AskGamblers to intervene and help me recover my funds or at least obtain an explanation from N1Bet regarding the reason for closing my account.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that N1Bet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
We would like to clarify that the player’s winnings were confiscated in accordance with the following rule:
“Sportsbook prohibits two or more players to make bets from the same IP address, the same computer, or from the same local network, to avoid suspicion of collusion (multi-accounting). Sportsbook has the right to block the accounts of such players with the subsequent cancellation of all bets on the linked accounts”
The total amount of the player’s deposits has been returned. All supporting evidence and detailed explanations have been provided to the AskGamblers team for review.
