I am submitting this complaint regarding N1Bet Casino, which has failed to process my 7500 TRX withdrawal request submitted on October 14th, 2025.
According to the casino’s terms and conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 24 hours, provided the account is fully verified, which, in my case, it is. Despite this, more than 48 hours have passed, and I have yet to receive my funds.
I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they have not provided a clear explanation for the delay, nor have they given me a specific timeframe for when the withdrawal will be processed.
I believe this is a clear breach of their stated withdrawal policy, and it raises concerns about the reliability of the operator.
Please assist me in resolving this issue and help ensure that N1Bet honors its commitments to its players. I am willing to provide any necessary account details privately if needed.
