They failed to pay my winnings
Hi All,
I am writing today to make a complaint against N1Bet Casino for failure to provide me with winnings owed in a timely manner. Below I will break down the issue I have being facing the last 9 days with a withdrawal that they have not paid to my account and have failed to provide me with any proof that it has being sent to me.
I have being using N1Bet casino since the 1st of June 2022. I have deposited and withdrew numerous times to which I will add screenshots of below. Upon my first withdraw for the amount of 402.80 euro on 2nd of June 2022 as normal I was asked to provide verification to which I did and they accept and put through my withdrawal and I had it in my account the same day - all good here.
I then made some more deposits and made a withdrawal on 3rd of June 2022 for 190 euro. This was accepted and again in my account within a day. All good here again.
I then made some more deposits and made a withdrawal on 5th of June 2022 for 346 euro. This was accepted and again in my account within a day. All good here again.
Then this is where the trouble started after. I made a deposit on the 7th of June to the amount of 50 euro. From this I won 339.55 euro to which I requested to withdraw.
I seeing later this night that it had being reversed back into my account. I spent over a hour on a webchat to be told numerous excuses to try and not pay it out. First I was told that I needed to wager my 50 euro deposit 1x. To which I advised I had. They then came back and said no actual sorry its 3x. To again I confirmed I had already placed bets over the amount of 316 euro with my 50 euro deposit. Bare in mind that there is no bonus on this deposit it is my own money. So I continue to wait while they try and state something different. They then ask me to send a selfie with myself and my passport and they will put through my withdrawal. No worries after a few attempts at a quite ridiculous request of quality they accept it.
I then put through the request again 3 more times on the 8th of June and every time it gets rejected again for no reason. I spend a hour on webchat three times where they do nothing and advise first the same as above you need to wager 3x to which I did they go away ask their manager and they say put it through again and we will accept it.
They finally accept the withdrawal that they had no reason to reject on 8th of June at 18:46pm.
They have since failed to pay my winnings back to my account. I have emailed them every single day since giving the opportunity to provide my winnings or provide proof it was sent. I have sent them my statement twice including today which clearly shows the deposits and withdrawals to and from their company previously. They have still not paid the owed amount of 339.55.
I personally find it hard to believe I made previous deposits and withdrawals with zero issues and then the withdrawal that they try and mess about with before paying out then never actually gets paid.
I have proof of all webchats and all email interactions over the last 9 concurrent days I have dealt with trying to get my withdrawal and now feel after giving them enough time to provide me with proof of payment and my payment to which they have not.
If you are able to provide me with a email address I can forward on all the chat logs and email as it will not allow those to be attached but I have giving ye the transaction history along with bets placed for the win they have not paid. I have also given you my bank statement to which they have also being provided which clearly shows all deposits and withdrawals to and from them this month up to todays date which also confirms they are still to pay it let alone give proof they have.
I have giving them more then enough time to pay this out to little or no actual answers. I have now made a complaint here and if I need to take further action to report them to their regulator I will take that step next.
