I am filing a complaint regarding the delayed withdrawal of my funds from Melbet account **1349328963**.

1. **Amount:** The original amount is **NPR 41,000 (approx. $290 USD)**.
2. **Request Date:** I initiated the withdrawal on **October 11, 2025**, using the 'Kankai, Kathmandu' payment system.
3. **The Problem:** It has been **6 days**, and I still have not received my money.

**Details of Support Interaction:**
I have contacted Melbet Customer Support multiple times (on Oct 14th and 15th, as shown in the attachments) seeking an update. Their response is always the same: **"Hajurko request hamile sambandhit specialist lai forward garisakiyeko chhau. Kripaya thap samadhan ko lagi dhairyapurbak pratikshya garnu hola."**

**Translation:** "We have already forwarded your request to the relevant specialist. Please wait patiently for further resolution."

The support team refuses to provide a clear timeline or any useful update, forcing me into an endless waiting loop. This behavior forced me to contact unofficial agents on platforms like Telegram (screenshots also attached).

I am attaching all screenshots, including the original chat in Nepali, as proof. Please note the unhelpful, automated responses from the Melbet Operator.

I request your intervention to force Melbet to process this withdrawal immediately. Thank you.

We regret to inform you that despite all the AskGamblers Complaint Team requests, Melbet Casino management refused based on their privacy policy to provide reasonable justification and/or solid evidence which could help us review and decide on this case adequately.

Unfortunately, in this situation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other choice but to close the case as unresolved and advise the player to seek further assistance from the relevant regulatory body or appointed ADR entity. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

Melbet is now openly LYING to this complaint board. I have caught them in a massive contradiction regarding the specific Account IDs.

**THE PROOF OF LIE:**

1. **1 Month Ago:** In this very thread, Melbet stated: *"According to the cash agent, you personally requested that the funds be transferred to account ID **876516063**"*.
-> **This proves Melbet KNEW the agent, communicated with them, and retrieved specific transaction details about the fraud ID 876516063.**

2. **Yesterday:** Melbet suddenly claims: *"We are unable to identify the agent... we cannot confirm that the person you dealt with was our agent"*.

**How can Melbet give specific details about the transfer to ID 876516063 a month ago if they "don't know" who the agent is today?**

**THE FACTS:**
* **My Correct ID:** 1349328963
* **The Wrong ID (Fraud):** 876516063 (confirmed by Melbet previously)
* **The Technical Proof:** This agent successfully processed my Melbet Cash code (`n35d`) generated from my correct ID.

Melbet is clearly trying to cover up their agent's theft. I request AskGamblers to **INTERVENE** immediately and rule against Melbet based on these undeniable contradictions.

Melbet Cash Agent Withdrawal Issue Pending for Over 140 Days Melbet ID 816469381
I am submitting this complaint regarding a long pending withdrawal issue with Melbet involving an amount of LKR 50,000.
I requested the withdrawal through a Melbet cash agent (“Badulla, Hidagoda 24/7”), but the amount was never credited to my bank account. Since the beginning of this issue, I have fully cooperated with Melbet support and payment teams and submitted all documents they requested, including certified bank statements covering the relevant dates.
This issue has now remained unresolved for almost four months despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the matter was under investigation by their payment specialists.
During this period, I had to visit the bank multiple times during working hours and take leave from my employment in order to obtain certified statements and supporting documents requested by Melbet. The process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I also experienced aggressive and unprofessional behavior from the cash agent involved while trying to resolve this issue.
Despite providing all requested evidence and maintaining communication through the same official support ticket, I still have not received a proper final resolution regarding the disputed withdrawal amount.
I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to obtain a fair resolution regarding the pending withdrawal.

Screenshots and supporting evidence
