I placed a withdrawal on the 31st of January 23:29 it’s now almost a week later and all I'm receiving is terrible customer support telling me the same thing over and over.
I used the same method to withdraw as I used to deposit which is Skrill, I have also withdrawn from this casino before and it was in almost instantly.
They keep saying they waiting for response from my payment provider as they have processed it on their side already.
The problem couldn’t possibly be with my pay provider as I have been using it to deposit and withdraw on other sites.
Their lack of DECENT communication makes me not want to spend a cent there again.
It’s a $130 I withdraw, well in this case attempted to.

After thoroughly reviewing the case, we would like to clarify that the issue occurred on January 31, 2024, due to a technical problem on the payment provider’s side. As a result, the full amount was successfully returned to the user’s account on February 6, 2024.
We are pleased to note that since then, @KiearaA has made successful withdrawals from the account without encountering any further issues.
