I made an account on leon bet. Then I made a deposit in leon bet. After winning a bet, I tried to withdraw my money but my withdrawal was declined and I was asked to complete a verification. I was asked for my selfie and my ID which I submitted but my verification got failed for a reason I do not know. Then I headed to customer support, he looked into my issue for 5-10 minutes and then said my verification is now complete. I then tried to withdraw my money but it again asked for verification and asked for more documents including my bank statement and a photo of me holding my ID which I submitted on 4 November 2024. Then they sent me a mail stating that my documents are received and and results will be told to me within a few hours. After that 10 days passed and my verification is still not completed. Their customer support is now saying that the verification make take upto 30 business days to complete. Please help me withdraw my money.

After careful consideration and evaluation of the situation at hand, and taking into account the significant duration of time that needed for the casino's investigation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team had no other choice but to close the complaint as Unresolved.

Yes, I have withdrawn my money. But the verification process took too long. Not happy with the process but I got my money.
