I’ve been waiting for two withdrawals from 18/4 and 25/4. I have withdrawn money there 3 times without issues. Now there is a problem with the payment provider they say. First they said it was an issue with my payment provider, which was wrong. Now they are saying that they are working on the issue, but I'm getting nothing more info than that. It's very frustrating. Can you help?
