As I mentioned before, the refund to this customer will be processed. And just so you understand the case. The customer used cryptocurrency payments on purpose, this kind of payments physically does not support the limitations system on any casino because, being a player, you receive a wallet address and can literally send money anytime without even logging in to the casino.
We will process the refund as stated before, It takes time as every financial transaction, although the customer who abused this vulnerability does not understand this.

I Used Bitcoin because that where the only payment option you had that Worked for me.
I have played at other casinos that have a limit that worked with bitcoin. but mayby this is because I have pressed deposit every time I am going to transfer money to the casino.
