After 2 weeks of waiting for my withdrawal of $650, the casino still hasn’t paid it out. They keep referring to the busy finance department and say to keep waiting. I’m not the first one to file a complaint against them. I request assistance in resolving this issue and getting my money.
After my multiple attempts to contact customer support, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The live chat keeps saying that it’s almost ready, but in reality, nothing is ready.
Email support doesn’t respond at all.
I am asking for help in dealing with them.
