Account closed with funds and emails being ignored
Hello,
My FezBet account was closed without notice, and I can no longer log in or access my remaining balance.
I contacted their support team, and they informed me that my account was closed due to an “administrative decision.” I have attached the email from FezBet confirming this. In that email they stated I would receive a email regarding my funds but since then, I have not heard any update about the $1,259 balance in my account. It has now been over a week since my account was originally closed and they are now ignoring my emails
I have reached out again to ask about the status of my funds but have not received any response. I am simply requesting that my remaining balance be released. I have attached the email I sent over 4 days ago asking when I will hear about a response regarding my funds to which I never heard a response, and I followed up a day ago with another email to their support and have not heard back.
