I have been able to deposit and gamble on account I closed three years ago due to not being in control of my gambling. The operator claimed they had closed my account. I have evidence to support this from an email conversation with them. I have contacted them over a month ago to refund me but I don't get any information from them.

We have reached a settlement that I am happy with. Thank you for your patience and treating my case seriously.
