Evobet Casino - It has been a month and a half, but still not payment of $13000

I have been trying to withdraw funds from Evobet for over a month now. The amount is 13000$. 

I am not quite sure the reason of the delay in payment, I was currently on vacation in the dominican republic and they want me to provide details on my residence in Dominican Republic (Legal Gambling) but I do not live there as I was on VACATION! 

I have provided all necessary documents of my Canadian residence. I have provided Evobet with copies of my Passport, a selfie, bank statement, proof of deposit, birth certificate, even flight details proving I was on vacation. Everytime I try to withdrawal they keep cancelling payment and saying they will get back to me but never do with real information!

Since June 7th, I have sent 13 emails to evobet and still has not been resolved.

Evobet has gave me access to be able to withdraw, Withdraw request has been placed. The limit is 1K per transaction and who knows how long it will take to process. Once I am returned my money I will close the case and give EVOBET the benifit of the doubt. For now I am still waiting on money owed. Do not close this case until funds have been returned. Its been over 2months now without receiving my funds.

My account has been in review for over 2 months now. If you look at other complaints the same situation is occurring. They always send the same automatic messaging saying be patient be patient but never come to a resolution. Ask gamblers you need to take them off your platform, they are stealing people money.
