After making account on this casino and uploading my documents I asked on live chat if my account is verified and they said yes. Then I got email also that my account is verified. And then I started to play on sport bets and lose my money. I spent for sure thousands euro on this and other casinos from same operator(OhMyZino etc…)

Couple days ago I won a couple of bets and wanted to withdraw 1000 euros. So my withdrawal was pending for a day and then got rejected and then i got email that I need to make a selfie with my passport. I thaught, okey they just want me to gamble again and spend my money, so they don‘t need to pay out. I made a selfie, make again withdrawal and one day later is again rejected and now they want me to provide that phone number I registered is mine. Of course I sent again 5 pictures and files that number is mine and now I‘m waiting what else they gonna need from me? I know that they trying to delay as long as possible so I could gamble and spent everything, but I wont. I need this money after I spent so much money on their Casino and other ones. So I just want to put my complaint here and wait how long will take to get my money and what else they will ask. Money is pending and getting rejected for three days now, so we gonna see how long this will go.

Today, 3 days later my withdrawal is rejected again(third time already). They want me now to upload additional ID and additional proof of my Adress.. i don‘t know how long they will keep rejecting my withdrawal, now is already 7 days from first time i tried to withdraw money.. i will keep uploading everything they want but please, how long?!

My 1000 euros withdrawal just disappeared. After three times rejecting it, and providing everything what they asked, today in the morning i checked and it was still pending.. Now doesn’t show it anymore in withdrawal requests and they didn‘t reject it, it‘s not on my account. And i didn‘t got any email that withdrawal id being processed. I wrote them email, but no answer.. i tried to reach them on live chat, but after you choose option talk with an agent, they just send you automatic message and close the chat.. and yesterday i was talking with agent, so today they doesn’t allow me to. They just took 1000 euros from me!! That can not be! Can i do anything?!?! Please help me, 1000 euros is a lot of money

I got through on live chat and they confirmed me that my withdrawal is being processed. I still did not get any confirmation mail or anything, so please let this complaint couple of days till i get my money.
