I withdrew the amount INR 164,800 on 29/09/2023 but have not received it yet in a bank account.
It showing successful in the Dafabet account but I haven't received the funds yet.
When I talk to the Dafabet team they always say " Our team is reviewing the INR 164,800 withdrawal that was successfully processed on 29/09/2023 at 04:49:27 PM IST. A follow-up has been made to our Payment Partners"
I have attached an email screenshot and my bank statement for funds not credited.

This is your mistake, I have talked to you so many times on chat and email but every time you said that your amount will be credited. And after so much time you are saying that you don't have the transaction number.
Please tell me where has my amount gone because the amount hasn't been credited to my bank account.
The screenshot I have provided shows the exact transaction date and time along with the amount. Then how come you are not able to locate my transaction?
