Hi AskGamblers team,
I am writing to file an official complaint against the betting platform Dafabet regarding their continued negligence in verifying my documents.
I have written to their support team multiple times, but they always come back with irrelevant responses, asking for a deposit slip when I am talking about withdrawal.
When I raise again, they say they are checking, but already been 8 days since the withdrawal was made.
Please find attached screenshots for their response.
Kindly help me to get my money back.

Hi Team, I have never said withdrawal option is not available, only crypto withdrawal is not available. I have made deposit using crypto but I don't see crypto withdrawal option in withdrawal page. kindly enable crypto withdrawal. please find screenshot where crypto is not shown
