Hi, cyberbet page doesn't approve my withdrawal, they asking for selfie with ID, date, and my cyberbet profile bet in background...It is impossible to make picture like that, specially not in HD, I take separate pictures and also a video, where they can check my identity and all in this video what they are asking for, the problem is they refused my withdrawal, but my account was fully verified. I am their user for over 1 year but first time withdrawing, I read a lot of bad comments about their refusing to withdraw, but I won't let me scam like that, I am legit user with legit documents and info, and I played fairly.I did all they asked me to do since my withdrawal was refused they ignored me on live chat, I wrote to them 10 times today, and waited over 1 hour and always showed "1 in queue", it is not fair. Please help me to solve this, I deposit a lot this year, and now I want to get some money back - I withdraw 820€ and they refuse, now I can not send withdrawal request again, always poping "contact support" button, but like I said when I contact them they don't respond on live chat, before that I got them but they didn't understand english language which is also strange. Help me to solve this, please.

I attached pictures of proof that they ignore me on livechat all day long, still no answer after more than 12 hours (on live chat, which should be 24/7 !!!!, I know sometimes they can not reply immediately, but to ignore me all day it isn't normal, and this "accidentally" happening after I requested withdraw and they refuse it, I just wanted to ask for help that's all and they don't want to even answer me). I am still waiting for reply on mail (I sent on [email protected] pictures and videos to verify my account, like I wrote before it should be verified already, but now they keep asking for more pictures).
Still no answer from live chat or their email or here..sick..I am waiting so long it makes me sick..never problem and all good when I depositing 1 year but when I want to withdraw first time there is problem. And I am not dven in plus if I count deposits and now withdraw. My withdraw that I tried was 820€ (Other I wanted to play with), but now I want to withdraw all my money - 1375€, because you are so not fair. My mail is [email protected], my withdrawm method is on same mail skrill.

I got all money I withdrawn, but there were many complications, I will think twice before playing again on cyberbet. First withdraw and verification took so long..I've been ignored 5 days before on livechat because "spam" , sure I spam if you dont reply, isnt that logic?? Than 2nd withdraw you had some problems with skrill, but only for withdraw, deposit worked fine.. so overall in my opinion 2/5 is fair rate. Askgamblers thank you for your help, I will recommend you. You can finish this case.
