Campeonbet Casino - Withdrawal constantly declined

Campeonbet casino has now canceled my withdrawal six times. The first withdrawal (€ 200) was successful with no problems, but now with the bigger amount (€ 1,000) they clearly don’t want to pay my winnings. So I ask help, what I suppose to do. So I ask for an opinion on whether the casino is working properly and what may be their cause. They won't tell me the reasons unless I queue up at customer service who can't answer. They reply to useless replies to email and ask for more unnecessary documentation that they already have.

My account has already been verified two times, with multiple documents. I have now sent them information about my address, my bank account, proof of payment method, ID, nice selfie with that ID and proof documents that my phone number really is mine. They have already verified this information two times and there were no problems with the first withdrawal. Now the situation is different and my withdrawal is constantly being denied.

Customer service is answered with automatic answer lines and inappropriate responses and only asked to wait. Via email they constantly told me that they might need more documents. I have often asked what is the reason that my withdrawal is not done, and the answer is always something like "be patient". How can I be patient if my winnings are denied to me without due cause?

After several contacts, customer service responded that my account was fully verified, now with new documentaries and for the second time. They said that they don't see any reason for the withdrawal not to proceed. They also said that they see no reason for the withdrawal to be canceled since they received the latest document requested, and that's verified. Still, my withdrawal has been rejected again. This is already outrageous and they are clearly not going to pay for my winnings.

The withdrawal has not yet arrived in my bank account. I will not report this as resolved until it appears in my account. There is time left for the 1-3 days timeframe, when withdrawal should be arrived.
