Campeonbet Casino - Withdrawal cancelled and account under review for 372 days

I won 2599 euros on sports betting and asked Campeonbet for a withdrawal on 21th of March 2022. On 28th of March I received an email from them:
Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount is available in your account. Furthermore, the withdrawal option on your account has been temporarily suspended and your account shall be reviewed by the relevant department for security reasons. We kindly request your patience as we are not able to provide you with an exact time-frame. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for helping us maintain a high level of security. Do not hesitate to contact us in case you need any further help. Have a good day.
Since it took about a year with my previous case I decided to wait for an answer just to see if I get any.
Today, March 8th I asked again and received an answer:
As the review of your account by the responsible department is still in progress we do not have any further information to share at the moment. Kindly note that the reason behind the review is not disclosed with other departments before the completion of it.
So, my bets are being checked now for 372 days, this must be a new record. I think I have made perhaps 200 bets all time on Campeonbet and my account has been fully verified for over 2 years.
I would like to ask Askgamblers staff to help us try to solve this one, thank you.
