Campeonbet Casino - Same issue once again

I am requesting help with withdrawing my funds.

Withdrawals are regularly delayed beyond the timeframe stated in the casino’s terms. The support team never provides any clear information, only generic template replies.

There is a withdrawal limit of €1,000, and even this amount is being delayed repeatedly.

At the moment, more than 3 days have passed since my latest withdrawal request.

My account is fully verified. I have already submitted all requested documents and even offered to provide any additional ones if needed.

A player plays in order to be able to withdraw winnings. Here, even withdrawing funds has become a problem.

I am attaching screenshots of my withdrawal request and my communication with support.
As you can see, the responses are all generic and provide no specific information or resolution.

Please note that, according to Term 62.1, all player withdrawal requests are processed within 72 hours from the moment they are successfully placed.

However, as stated in our Terms & Conditions, prior to processing a payment, we may request additional verification documents from the client. These verification procedures may occasionally result in delays when the requested documents are necessary for account validation and security purposes.

In your case, your withdrawal request submitted on 30/04 was cancelled pending the required verification document. Once the requested document was received and your withdrawal was resubmitted on 05/04/2026, your payment was completed within the standard 72-hour timeframe.

We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this process may have caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please do not try to act smart and confuse the actual issue, Campeonbet.


The withdrawal request was made on April 30. Then you delayed it for more than 3 days, and only after that suddenly requested additional documents. These are documents that even banks and government authorities rarely request in such situations.


This entire process was obviously stretched out intentionally in order to delay the withdrawal for as long as possible. I am absolutely convinced of that.


I also fully stand by my review. This is the worst casino experience I have had in 15 years of playing. In reality, withdrawing more than 1000 EUR here becomes a nightmare of endless delays, template replies, ignored emails and new verification requests every few days.


Everything was already verified long ago. Every requested document was provided immediately. Still, the process keeps getting dragged out again and again.


Stop delaying the withdrawal and process the payment.
