I am filing a complaint against Campeonbet Casino regarding a serious and unjustified withdrawal delay.
I found this casino on AskGamblers as a recommended operator, which makes this situation even more concerning.
Timeline:
- April 25, 2026 (17:48) — I requested a withdrawal of 1000€ (Ethereum)
- April 30, 2026 (12:00) — the withdrawal is STILL not processed
This is already 5+ days and clearly exceeds their stated processing time of up to 3 days.
Important facts:
- My account is fully verified
- All requested documents have been submitted
- I have contacted support multiple times (email and live chat)
- I only receive generic responses like “under review” or “in queue”
- No clear explanation, no timeframe, no actual action
At this point, I am either being ignored or deliberately delayed.
Additionally, the casino applies a 1000€ per 24h withdrawal limit, which already restricts access to funds, and combined with such delays makes it practically impossible to withdraw winnings in a reasonable time.
This behavior is unacceptable.
